Who is eligible to participate?
Any company with an employee size greater than 30 can partner with Sam’s Club to provide benefit to their employees.
Will my employees need to opt in to get the benefit?
Companies are required to communicate benefit to their employees and provide an option for employees to opt-in if needed.
How long is the partnership?
Minimum of 1 year contract is required. Membership is paid for the duration of the 1 year for all employees.
Can my employee pay part of the membership?
Yes, but that will be the responsibility of the company. Sam’s Club will not collect payment from employees.
Can Sam’s Club deduct membership payment from my employees’ payroll?
No, Company is responsible for deducting payment from their employees' payroll.
Can I cancel paid membership for employees?
Once membership is paid, it cannot be canceled. The membership will expire after the 1 year membership term if employer chooses not to renew membership.
Can I sign up for monthly membership?
Membership will be paid at a per annum basis.
