Each fillet has been treated with a 4% salt and water solution to enhance the taste and preserve the quality. They ensure that your salmon is not only tasty but also easy to prepare and cook.

Cooking Instructions

Thawing: upon removing portions from individually wrapped package, put into plastic bag and place into refrigerator for up to 24 hours or until completely thawed. Consume within two days of defrosting.

Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 8-11 minutes.

Broil: Turn oven to broil. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 5-8 minutes.

Skillet: Heat 1 tbsp oil in anonstick skillet over medium heat. Pat thawed fillets dry with paper towel. Place in skillet. Cook 9-12 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with fork.

Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F or until salmon separated easily. Cook thoroughly before consumption.
