This hearty dish is a game day classic for a reason. It’s fast, it can be served up in a bowl, or over hot dogs and it’s an easy win with a sprinkle of cheese on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (15–16 oz.) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 cup chopped onion

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain fat.
  2. Stir in seasoning mix and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with chopped onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, if desired.
