Ingredients

  • Member's Mark 93/7 Ground Beef, 1lb.
  • Member's Mark Minced Garlic, 1 tbsp.
  • Member's Mark Minced Onion, 1 tbsp.
  • Member's Mark Dried Basil Leaf, 1 tsp.
  • Member’s Mark Oregano, 1 tsp.
  • Member’s Mark Thyme Leaves, 1 tsp.
  • Member’s Mark Parsley Flakes, 1 tsp.
  • Member’s Mark Sea Salt, to taste
  • Member’s Mark Black Pepper, to taste
  • Your favorite BBQ Sauce, ¼ cup
  • Member’s Mark Heavy Cream, ½ cup
  • Member’s Mark Colby & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese, 1 cup
  • Member’s Mark Real Crumbled Bacon, as needed
  • Member’s Mark Chopped Chives, 2 tsp.
  • Member’s Mark Olive Oil Cooking Spray, as needed
  • Member’s Mark Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9”x13” casserole dish with the cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, herbs, BBQ sauce and salt & pepper.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into the casserole dish and bake for about 25 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, heat one container of the mashed potatoes using package directions, then stir in the heavy cream.
  5. Once the beef is removed from oven, carefully drain any excess grease, then spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the potatoes and top with bacon crumbles & chives.
  7. Place the dish back in the over for an additional 10-15 minutes to fully melt the cheese and ensure the beef has reached 165 °F.
  8. Once complete, remove casserole dish from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Best served with a side of roasted Member's Mark Brussels Sprouts.
