Can I pick up my liquidation load at any time?

No. Please call the number listed on your manifest to schedule a pickup time at the club.

Do I have to pick up my liquidation load as soon as I receive a manifest?

No, but we strongly encourage you to schedule a pickup time as soon as possible. We know many liquidators are responsible for more than one club and try to coordinate for all loads around the same time, but please do not allow a load to remain at a club for an extended period of time.

Can I pass on a liquidation load?

No. Once you receive a manifest, you are obligated to pick up that liquidation load. Failure to do so may result in you forfeiting your right to pick up from your assigned clubs.

When will I be charged for my liquidation load?

Your credit card will be charged when you receive the manifest. We charge the card you have on file before you arrive at the club.

What if I received merchandise that has been damaged and is unsellable?

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged or broken due to poor packaging on the part of the club, please send your manifest, photos, and details of the broken items to the liquidation team.

We'll investigate, and if it is our fault, we'll refund the amount to your card on file.
