A Healthy Benefits+™ card is a sponsored program by some health plans with predetermined spending allowances for approved over-the-counter products and other lifestyle items. Eligible members will receive a card from their provider with details of what their card covers and terms of their spending allowance.

How do I use my Healthy Benefits+™ card at Sam’s Club?

Just stop by your local club, shop for your eligible items and use your card at checkout. Visit SamsClub.com/Join to join the club.

How do I know if I have enough funds to complete my purchase?

For balance inquiries, log into your Healthy Benefits+™ account or call your health plan provider via the number on the back of your Healthy Benefits+™ card.

What items are eligible for purchase with my Healthy Benefits+™ card?

Item eligibility is determined by your individual health plan. For any food items that may be eligible for purchase with your Healthy Benefits+™ card, Sam’s Club does not make any nutrient content claims.
