Ham & Cheese Egg Muffins
Ingredients
- 4 scoops NESTLÉ® NIDO® Fortificada Dry Whole Milk
- 10 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup ham, diced
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup broccoli, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, NIDO, water, salt and pepper.
- Spray or grease muffin tin and spread the ham, cheese and broccoli evenly into the 12 cups.
- Pour egg mixture evenly into the 12 cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins begin to brown.
