  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, NIDO, water, salt and pepper.
  3. Spray or grease muffin tin and spread the ham, cheese and broccoli evenly into the 12 cups.
  4. Pour egg mixture evenly into the 12 cups.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins begin to brown.
