Grilled Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. small red potatoes, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's® Coarse Ground with Parsley Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Lawry's® Colorful Coarse Ground Blend Seasoned Pepper
  • 1 large sheet heavy duty aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Toss potatoes and oil in large bowl. Add garlic salt and seasoned pepper; toss to coat well.
  2. Place potatoes in center of foil. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning packet over halfway through cook time.
