Grilled Ranch Chicken Skewers

  • Wooden Skewers, Soaked For At Least 20 Minutes
  • Kingsford® Original Charcoal Briquettes

Ingredients

  • Member’s Mark Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 24 1-inch pieces
  • Large red pepper, cut into 24 1-inch pieces
  • Large green pepper, cut into 24 1-Inch pieces
  • Red onion, cut into 24 chunks
  • Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
  • Extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. On each skewer, thread ingredients in the following order: chicken, red pepper, green pepper, red onion, then repeat two more times.
  2. Brush with olive oil on all sides and sprinkle with Ranch seasoning mix.
  3. Prepare the grill for cooking over medium heat. Grill the skewers for 5–7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
  4. Serve immediately.
