Creamy Coleslaw

Cool, crisp and tangy—this slaw is the perfect sidekick for all of your summer BBQs.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
  • 3 Tbsp. minced sweet onion
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seed
  • 8 cups prepared coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Splenda Sweetener, onion, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and celery seed; whisk to combine.
  2. Add coleslaw mix and carrots; toss to coat with dressing.
  3. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
