Creamy Coleslaw
Cool, crisp and tangy—this slaw is the perfect sidekick for all of your summer BBQs.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
- 3 Tbsp. minced sweet onion
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 8 cups prepared coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
Directions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Splenda Sweetener, onion, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and celery seed; whisk to combine.
- Add coleslaw mix and carrots; toss to coat with dressing.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
