Cold Cereal and Yogurt Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Nestle® NIDO® Fortificada Dry Whole Milk Powder, prepared in 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup toasted oat cereal
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 strawberries, cut into small pieces
Directions
- In a bowl, mix cereal, prepared NIDO, yogurt and strawberries.
- Divide mixture into cupcake molds; freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
