Accessibility to Sam’s Club Healthcare Services

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Sam’s Club is committed to providing accessible health programs and activities to all patients, free of discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Sam’s Club provides healthcare members with language assistance and auxiliary aids and services at no cost. Sam’s Club will provide reasonable modifications for qualified individuals with disabilities, when necessary to ensure accessibility and equal opportunity to participate in our programs, activities, services, or other benefits.

Individuals with Limited English Proficiency: Call or visit your local Sam’s Club pharmacy or optical for language access services available in more than 220 languages.

Individuals who are Blind or have Low Vison: Sam’s Club provides various large print resources. Our pharmacies also offer ScripTalk® “talking labels” and Braille prescription labels upon request.

Individuals with a Hearing or Speech Disability: Sam’s Club will work to support your preferred method of communication. Please call 7-1-1 to utilize Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS). If you prefer American Sign Language (ASL), ask your local Sam’s Club pharmacy or optical to arrange an interpreter.

Individuals with Limited Mobility: Sam’s Club complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and our associates are trained to provide assistance for you upon request.

Service Animals: Sam’s Club welcomes members and patients using service animals in all areas of the club used by the public. You may, upon entering the club, be asked if the animal accompanying you is a service animal. If so, simply indicate that this is the case, and your service animal will be welcome to accompany you.
