1. Eligibility: Hit Refresh Offer (the "Limited Time Offer") is open Reward Drop members or persons who join the Rewards Drop loyalty program. This Limited Time Offer is subject to these terms as well as the Rewards Drop Terms & Conditions.. Employees of BlueTriton Brands, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and their parent and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. 2. Timing: Limited Time Offer begins on January 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 14, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. ET (the "Program Period"). The Limited Time Offer includes two (2) phases (each a “Phase”), as outlined below:

The "Purchase" phase will start on January 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. ET and end on February 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET.

The "Receipt Upload" phase will begin on January 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. ET and conclude on March 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Limited Time Offer.

3. How to Receive Offer: During the Purchase Phase, purchase item(s) listed in the Rewards Drop loyalty program Terms and Conditions as a Qualifying Purchase in one (1) single transaction. Be sure to keep your receipt. Receipts cannot be given away, bartered, auctioned, sold, or traded and all such receipts may be void. Take an image of your entire receipt. The receipt image must be clear and legible and display all the following: (a) the purchase date and time, (b) the Qualifying Purchase(s), (c) the price of the Qualifying Purchase(s), and (d) total amount spent. Receipt image must not be larger than 5MB and may only be one of the following file types: .gif, .png, .jpg, or .pdf.

Then, during the Receipt Upload Phase, visit www.rewardsdrop.comand follow the links and instructions to login to your Rewards Drop rewards account. If you are not a Rewards Drop member, follow the links and instructions to sign up. Follow the links and instructions to upload your receipt image. Next, click through the Receipt Upload instructions and check the box indicating that you agree to these Limited Time Offer Terms. NOTE: You will also earn Drops (formerly referred to as Points) for your approved Qualified Purchase, per the Terms & Conditions.

If you spend $5.00 to $14.99 on the Qualifying Purchase (calculated based on subtotal of all qualifying items at checkout after deduction of all other coupons, deals, savings, and discounts, and excluding any fees, charges, and taxes), you will receive one (1) $2.00 transfer into your Venmo account (subject to Venmo User Agreement) (“Offer”) You must have an active Venmo Account.

If you spend $15.00 to $19.99 on the Qualifying Purchase (calculated based on subtotal of all qualifying items at checkout after deduction of all other coupons, deals, savings, and discounts, and excluding any fees, charges, and taxes), you will receive one (1) $5.00 prepaid card (“Offer”).

If you spend $20.00 or more on the Qualifying Purchase (calculated based on subtotal of all qualifying items at checkout after deduction of all other coupons, deals, savings, and discounts, and excluding any fees, charges, and taxes), you will receive one (1) $8.00 prepaid card (“Offer”).

If you receive a prepaid card, your use of the prepaid card is governed by the Cardholder Agreement, and some fees may apply. This is not a gift card.
