Cheese

Whether you’re looking for spreadable cream cheese for your morning bagel or a selection of premium cheeses to put on a cheese and charcuterie board, Sam’s Club delivers. Choose from a wide range of cheeses that suit nearly every palate. There’s fresh mozzarella, sharp cheddar, sliced American cheese and specialty cheeses like Manchego, smoked gouda, imported Parmesan and queso fresco. Some cheeses are high in calcium and most are gluten-free. Cheese also offers a significant amount of protein.

Milk, Non-Dairy Milk and Other Dairy

Sam’s Club is your go-to source for dairy products such as dairy milk, non-dairy milk and dairy products such as butter, yogurt and sour cream. In addition to cow’s milk, you’ll find a selection of non-dairy milks including almond milk and oat milk. Member’s Mark also makes a lactose-free milk. If you’re buying dairy products for snack time, look for chocolate milk and snack-size yogurts including some in squeeze packets that are easy for kids to eat without a spoon.

Eggs

Eggs are incredibly versatile, which makes them an essential grocery item. You can scramble eggs for a quick breakfast, make egg salad sandwiches for lunch, or use eggs for baking or pasta-making. They are packed with protein and they make an excellent snack, too. Sam’s Club sells a variety of egg products including cage-free, organic eggs, hard-boiled eggs and egg whites in cartons.

Are eggs a dairy product?

Milk and eggs are often in the same section of the store, which may lead you to ask if eggs are dairy. While both are animal products that are high in protein, the answer is “no.” Dairy products are derived from milk, usually cows, goats and sheep. Since there is no milk in eggs, they aren’t dairy.
