Where do I get my membership card to start shopping?

There’s no need to wait for a card anymore – your membership card is already in the Sam’s Club app, so you never lose it. Just download the app and log in to get started as soon as you join.

One note: We’re trying to reduce our footprint on the planet, and you can help! By downloading the app and using your digital card, we can limit our use of plastic. If needed, you can also request a physical card in club.

What is Sam’s Cash?

Sam’s Cash is the rewards program at Sam’s Club. There are lots of ways to start earning now. Plus members earn 2% Sam’s Cash on qualifying in-club purchases. Members can also earn with the Sam’s Club Mastercard. And all members can earn outside the club with Bonus Offers. Learn more.

How do I get free shipping?

Plus members get free shipping on most items at SamsClub.com. Club members, guest members and add-on members may be eligible for free shipping on a limited number of items. Look for “free shipping” on product pages. However, most items will have shipping costs.

I joined in person. How do I register my account online?

It’s easy to start shopping online. Go to the Registration Page. You’ll need your membership number, first name and last name. You’ll be asked to verify the email address that you signed up with. After verifying, you’re ready to start shopping! And remember, your membership card is always in the Sam’s Club app.

How do I fuel up at Sam’s Club?

Fuel savings is an exclusive benefit for active Sam’s Club members. Make sure you download the Sam’s Club app (or get a physical card) before using the gas pumps.
