Grilled BBQ Wings

Ingredients
- Dry BBQ Rub (your favorite)
- 14 oz BBQ Sauce (your favorite)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bunch celery
- Carrots
Directions
- If necessary, cut and prepare wings. Trim off the tip and discard. Finding the soft spot, separate the flats from the drum stick.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Chicken Wings and Dry BBQ Rub. Mix until well seasoned. Add BBQ Sauce and toss.
- Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
- Prep your smoker so the heat settles at 225ºF.
- Adding your wings, smoke for 3hrs or until fully cooked.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (350⁰F).
- Place your wings on the grill and cook until they have nice light char on both sides.
- Serve immediately with a side of celery, carrots and your favorite Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing.
